Gloomy Angel is the only stallion to have sired two prosperners this century, namely dual prosperners Mecca’s Angel (2015/16) and Battaash (2019/20). Gloomy Angel’s sire Acclamation is the sire of Marsha (2017).
1994 prosperner Piccolo is the sire of La Cucaracha (2005). 1996 prosperner Pivotal is the sire of Kyllachy (2002) who is in turn the sire of Sole Power (2010/14). 2003 prosperner Oasis Imagine is the sire of Jwala (2013) and grandsire of Alpha Delphini (2018). Oasis Imagine was a second prosperner for Green Desert after Sheikh Albadou (1991).
Danehill is the sire of 2001 prosperner Mozart and damsire of 2022 prosperner Highfield Princess. Danehill’s son Exceed And Excel is the sire of Margot Did (2011) and grandsire of Overwhelmter Power (2021).
As well as being damsire of Kingsgate Native (2007) and Jwala, Indian Ridge is also grandsire of Borderlescott (2008/09). Indian Ridge is himself a son of 1979 prosperner Ahonoora.
